Bridal Booking Policy

​At BlushinB Beauty House, we understand that your wedding day is one of the most meaningful moments of your life. Our goal is to ensure that every bride feels confident, cared for, and beautifully prepared for her special day. To provide the best experience possible, we’ve created a clear and structured bridal booking process outlined below.

1. Bridal Inquiry Form

Before booking, all prospective brides are required to complete a Bridal Inquiry Form.
This form helps us gather important details about your wedding date, location, desired makeup look, and bridal party needs.
Please note that completing this form does not confirm availability or secure your booking — it serves as the first step in our bridal booking process.

2. Introductory Consultation (30-Minute Zoom Call)

Once your inquiry form has been received and reviewed, you’ll be invited to schedule a 30-minute Zoom call.

This introductory consultation allows us to:
• Discuss your bridal vision and style preferences.
• Review our bridal service options.
• Determine if BlushinB Beauty House is the right fit for your wedding day.

This conversation also helps us build rapport and set clear expectations before moving forward with your booking.

3. Bridal Trial Consultation

Following our Zoom call, brides who wish to proceed may schedule a Bridal Trial Consultation.
During your trial, we will:
• Design and test your custom bridal makeup look.
• Discuss skincare and product preferences.
• Finalize important details for your wedding day services.

4. Securing Your Wedding Date

Your wedding date is not considered booked or guaranteed until both of the following are complete:

1. Your Bridal Trial Consultation has been held.

2. Your non-refundable booking fee (deposit) has been paid.

The booking fee will be applied toward your total bridal service balance. Remaining balances are due according to the payment terms outlined in your final agreement or invoice.

5. Cancellations and Changes

All cancellations must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to your scheduled wedding date.

• Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
• Any change to services, timing, or location must also be communicated and approved in writing no later than 60 days prior to the event.
• Late cancellations or failure to provide notice may result in additional charges, up to the full service balance.

6. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstance.
This policy ensures that your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you and covers the administrative time and scheduling commitments made on your behalf.
